• Never impersonate another person or agency

You remain fully responsible for everything you submit.

5. Content and usage rules

Forbidden Content:

• Any content involving minors (even fictional)
• Non-consensual content or revenge porn (even fictional)
• Criminal acts (even fictional)
• Animal abuse, necrophilia (even fictional)
• Personal information of others without consent (even fictional)

6. Moderation and takedowns

We moderate all public collaboration submissions manually. We may:

• Refuse to post your submission

7. Matchmaking and visibility

Matchmaking is done manually. Your submission may be:

• Shown publicly on the Link Board
• Sent privately to another creator for review
• Stored temporarily for future matching

We do not use algorithmic ranking or automated decisions.

8. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to:

• Host and display your content on the site
• Share it with potential collaborators
• Promote the site using your public submission (with credit)

You may withdraw this permission anytime by contacting us or deleting your submission.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide the platform "as is," with no guarantee of success, income, or results.

We are not liable for:

• Failed matches
• Disputes between creators
• Any harm caused by offline meetups
• Content shared by third parties

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
